Several top administration officials and family members are all registered to vote in two states, a hypocrisy in the Trump administration that knows no bounds!
Trump’s daughter, Tiffany Trump, his top strategist, Steve Bannon, and his Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin, are all registered to vote in two states.
The idea of voter fraud has been widely debunked and even Republicans have denounced the legitimacy of such claims.
Mr. Trump has been widely criticized for making such assertions without any evidence, and even top Republicans like House Speaker Paul D. Ryan said they saw no indication of such widespread illegal voting.
“All available evidence suggests that the 2016 general election was not tainted by fraud or mistake.”
Senator Bernie Sanders and other congressional leaders are speaking out about voter suppression. President Trump’s claim of losing the popular vote because 3-5 million “illegal” voters is just false, yet today he’s announced efforts are underway to investigate massive voter fraud which no one in his party seems to support. It seems the president is set himself upon a wild goose chase and is likely to spend unnecessary taxpayer dollars to expedite voter suppression tactics in a guise to fool the public into thinking this will somehow prove his false claims.
Trump has appeared on ABC News citing a 2012 Pew Research Poll as a basis for justifying the claims of millions of “illegals” voting in the 2016 election. Anderson Coupon interviewed David Becker who contributed to the 2012 Pew Research Report Trump cites on his Anderson Cooper 360 show debunking the president’s claim. Watch two videos here:
According to the Washington Post, it now appears Trump’s son in-law Jared Kushner and White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer are now registered in two states.
